In a previous life, Emma has been a professional horse rider, personal trainer and an office manager, all whilst juggling a massage career on the side. Her wealth and variety of knowledge and personal experience, means she truly understands what the demands of life can throw at us and the importance of taking care of ones physical and mental health.

Gerard has over 20 years’ experience as a Sport Psychologist, beginning his career by creating a groundbreaking sport psychology program in adolescent mental health within NSW Health. Building on his clinical expertise, he later shifted his focus to elite sport, working with Olympic, Paralympic, Commonwealth, and professional athletes, as well as coaches and families, achieving success across medals, world titles, and countless personal bests.
With a background in both PE teaching and clinical psychology, Gerard combines practical, sport-focused strategies with deep insight into human performance and wellbeing. His approach helps athletes and students alike develop awareness, resilience, and simple, effective processes to thrive under pressure. He also provides psychological support for clients recovering from knee injuries, shoulder injuries, concussion rehabilitation, and those under the NDIS program.
Currently, Gerard works at PLC Sydney as a Sport & Performance Psychologist, supporting both athletes and students in managing stress, time, motivation, and performance—whether in sport, study, or life.
